As we grow into our next chapter, we’ll be relocating to the serene shores of Salt Spring Island. From January 16, 2026, our new location will be:

For new clients wanting to book an initial appointment, please email lhphysio@telus.net. The office manager Helena, will set you up with all the forms, and info page. We look forward to welcoming new clients into the practice.

HOURS OF OPERATION
I work Tuesday through Friday. Earliest appointment is approximately 9:30 am, the latest at 4:15.
I do take emergency appointments on Saturday.
NEW CLIENTS
If you are a new client and wish to make an appointment with Listening Hands Physiotherapist, please email Helena, the office assistant at lhphysio@telus.net and include your name, your child's name and age, if applicable, phone number and city in which you live. Helena will get back to you asap.

CANCELLATION POLICY
We kindly request 24 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be billed at the full treatment rate. To make changes, please email ada.lou.physio@gmail.com or call 778-238-0545.
If you are late, you will still be billed the full amount.
If I am late, I will either make up the time during the treatment or, if time does not allow this, during the next treatment scheduled.
