HOURS OF OPERATION
I work Monday through Friday. Earliest appointment is approximately 9:30 am, the latest at 6:00.
I do take emergency appointments on Saturday.
NEW CLIENTS
If you are a new client and wish to make an appointment with Listening Hands Physiotherapist, please email Helena, the office assistant at lhphysio@telus.net and include your name, your child's name and age, if applicable, phone number and city in which you live. Helena will get back to you asap.
FOR EXISTING CLIENTS

CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that 24 hour notice of cancellation is required either by email at lhphysio@shaw.ca or by calling 604-460-7890, or you will be billed the full amount of the treatment.
If you are late, you will still be billed the full amount.
If I am late, I will either make up the time during the treatment or, if time does not allow this, during the next treatment scheduled.
